You will be working with a fast-growing ecommerce industrial spare parts company.

We are a UK – Yorkshire team with over 20 years’ experience of supplying worldwide products to engineering and manufacturing companies all over Europe, USA, Africa and Asia.

We are currently looking for a B2B Outbound Telesales Representative to join our existing team.

Whilst working hand in hand with an experienced External Sales Manager to develop and grow New accounts in Europe and USA, will supported by a very robust and user-friendly ecommerce website with over 4 million products available in stock.

The successful applicant will create a pipeline of new leads that you will manage right through to the sale and re-ordering.

Job Requirements:

  • Telesales calls and conversion of leads compiled with the team and company database
  • Capturing customer’s attention with your outgoing, friendly approach
  • Sending high quality emails using email campaign templates
  • Following up clients via telephone call
  • Close sales and generate profitable revenue
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers
  • Updating systems accurately as appropriate
  • Clear and confident telephone manner
  • No prior knowledge of the products is needed as full training will be provided for the right candidate. However, if you have experience or training with electrical/ electronic product will be a plus.
  • Ability and incline of work with autonomy, with no supervision when required

  • Salary: £16,000.00/ Year to £TBC based in revenue growth generated
  • Commissions scheme
  • Additional days holiday for your birthday
  • Incremental increase based on performance
