Bluetooth Low Energy Starter Development Kit

Bluetooth Low Energy

Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) was introduced in the Bluetooth 4.0 specification. Since its introduction in 2004, BLE has gained a lot of popularity since its introduction. This can be attributed to the fact that it maxes out at 1Mbps and consumes between 0.01 to 0.5 watts which is less than a half of what Bluetooth Classic consumes. This makes BLE ideal for IoT. Some electronic gadgets come equipped with BLE but some don’t. In the event that you want to introduce BLE in gadgets, you can use BLE development kits.
